  • I find it very frustrating

    I find it very frustrating that most films about women's sexuality, experimentation, and/or liberation always have an undercurrent of desperation and end in violence. Is this Catholicism 101?
    My film-ish friends say that you can't make art without conflict. Maybe true, but then all you are depressing movies that lecture the audience. Who wants to pay for that...?
