I just ordered a subscription. When will my first magazine arrive?

Geist is published quarterly (4 times per year), so your first magazine will arrive between 1 and 3 months after your purchase, upon publication.


I purchased something on geist.com. Will I receive a confirmation email?

You will receive an email receipt from either Stripe or PayPal confirming your purchase and the charge to your credit card, which means that Geist has received your order. You will also receive a confirmation email with your subscription information. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email within a week.


As a subscriber, how often will I receive Geist?

Geist is published quarterly, so you will receive 4 issues per year (1 every 3 months).


Why do subscription pages on geist.com ask me to disable my pop-up blocker?

When you purchase something on geist.com, the button you click opens a pop-up window created by Stripe, an e-commerce platform similar to PayPal, and this is where you complete your order. If your pop-up blocker is on, the window won't show up, and you won't be able to complete your order.

I received an invoice in the mail. How can I pay?
