Postcards from Sofia

Day 13: 0GMS

Leannej

Yesterday we met Steven Guemereur: the “G” of 0GMS. 0GMS is an artist collective that has been working in Sofia for the past four years. One of their projects involves curating a drawer in the ICA Gallery. The gallery is essentially an apartment. The 0GMS drawer is the top drawer of the kitchen cupboard of the gallery and the documentation is in the form of fridge magnets.

Many of the shows that have taken place at the ICA gallery are documented on the wall of the kitchen, where the images have been mounted on magnets and stuck to a metal strip that runs the length of the wall.
