Griffin Poetry Prize Nominees

Congratulations to Geist contributors David W. McFadden and James Pollock on their nominations for the 2013 Griffin Poetry Prize!

McFadden is a finalist for his poetry collection, What's the Score.

Pollock is on the shortlist for Sailing to Babylon.

The Griffin Poetry Prize recognizes the best single collection of poetry from any country in the world. It is awarded to one international poet and one Canadian poet each year.

The full list of nominees can be found here. Winners will be announced on Thursday, June 13, 2013.
