In the Studio

THE EDITORS

When I was 14, my father took me to hear Stan Rogers record the theme song (about an eagle) for a CBC documentary my dad was making. He sang all the harmonies himself, and they built the song layer by layer. I was mesmerized. My father bought me a copy of Fogerty’s Cove, and I played it over and over, for years. I no longer have a record player, but I still have that album!
