The Bookies and The Sisters Brothers: Vote Early and Vote Often

Patty Osborne

My current favourite book, The Sisters Brothers, is in the running for another award and this time ordinary readers like you and me can make it happen.

The competition is the CBC Bookie Awards and the best part is that you can vote every day from now until March 31.

I loved this hilarious yet thought-provoking book and I reviewed it in Geist 83. On the strength of that, if you trust me as you should, you'll vote for it—more than once.

Oh, and could the person who has my copy of this book—you know who you are even if I can't remember—please return it to me so I can share it with someone else?
