Hollie Adams (she/her) is from Windsor, Ontario. She is the author of the novel Things You’ve Inherited from Your Mother (NeWest Press, 2015) and the chapbook Deliver Me from Swedish Furniture (Zed Press, 2017), a finalist for the bpNicol Chapbook Award. Her prose and poetry have been published in Geist, Room, Carousel, the Malahat Review, the New Quarterly, CV2, Best Canadian Poetry and elsewhere. She has two books forthcoming in 2026: Beckoning, a full-length poetry collection, will be published by Guernica Editions, and Dear Humans, a short story collection, will be published by NeWest Press. She teaches Creative Writing and Canadian Literature at the University of Maine.
