Arts and Crafts, by Biliana Velkova, comes from Silver Centre Series (2008), a found photo project exploring seniors’ leisure activities. Velkova’s work explores consumer culture, diaspora and social identity. She is originally from Sofia, Bulgaria and now lives in Vancouver.
